How does the 14-day free trial work?+
Sign up and get every feature — Agency included — for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of 14 days, choose a plan to continue. If you don’t upgrade, your account is paused — nothing is ever charged automatically.

How does AI reply work?+

Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans paid in India (UPI, card or net banking) don’t renew automatically — you pay for a month or a year, and we remind you before it ends; if you don’t renew, nothing more is charged. Plans paid by card outside India renew automatically and can be cancelled in one click under Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees, no contracts.
Are taxes included? What about annual billing?+
Prices are shown in rupees. If GST applies to your purchase, it is shown at checkout before you pay — you always see the full amount first, and every payment gets an invoice. Annual billing is paid upfront: you pay for 10 months and get 12.
Is my customer data safe?+
Yes. Everything is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), your account is protected by secure sign-in, and we never sell your customers’ data. See our

Do I need technical knowledge to set up?+
No. Sign in with Google and your business details, reviews and QR code are filled in for you — it takes about 5 minutes. Then print the QR kit and put it at your counter. The

How quickly will my Google rating improve?+
It depends on how many customers you serve and how consistently you ask every one of them. There’s no guaranteed result — Repuvi makes it easy for every customer to leave a genuine review, and for you to reply to every review quickly.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?+
Nothing is charged automatically. When the 14 days end your account moves to the free plan: your reviews, replies and settings are saved and nothing is deleted, and your QR page shows customers a short “paused” message until you upgrade. Upgrade whenever you’re ready, or don’t. No card is needed to start.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth plans?+
Starter (₹899/mo) is for one location getting started — unlimited AI replies, the QR review page, review requests (200/month) and tracking of up to 3 competitors. Growth (₹1,799/mo) adds one-click bulk replies, festival & Google posts, the weekly report, rating-drop alerts, 1,000 review requests a month and up to 10 competitors.
