Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Repuvi platform and website at repuvi.com ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Repuvi is a review-management platform that helps businesses monitor ratings and reviews across platforms, generate suggested reply drafts using AI, and — where you connect the relevant accounts and grant permission — publish replies on your behalf. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Connected Accounts

When you connect a third-party account such as Google, you authorise Repuvi to access and act on the associated data only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the features you request. You confirm you own, or are authorised to manage, any business profile you connect. You can disconnect at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent reviews or replies.
Violate the terms or policies of any connected platform (including Google), or applicable laws.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

You are solely responsible for the content of any reply you choose to publish.

5. AI-Generated Content

Repuvi can generate suggested reply drafts using artificial intelligence. These suggestions are provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before it is published. Repuvi does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular situation.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. Prices are listed on our website.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Intellectual Property

Repuvi and its content, features, and branding are owned by Repuvi and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant Repuvi a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ratings data from third-party platforms will be complete or current. Third-party platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repuvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
