📋 Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Repuvi's platform and services operated by Repuvi Technologies ("Repuvi", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using Repuvi, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Repuvi on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Service

Repuvi provides an AI-powered reputation management platform that includes:

• Review monitoring and unified inbox
• AI-generated review reply suggestions (via OpenAI GPT-4)
• Smart Funnel QR code for directing customer feedback
• Private complaint management
• Review request messaging (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
• Competitor tracking and analysis
• Weekly AI-generated business reports
• Sentiment analysis and business insights

3. Free Trial

• All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features
• No credit card required to start the trial
• Trial starts on the date of account registration
• After 14 days, your QR code and AI features pause until you upgrade
• Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before deletion
• One free trial per business — creating multiple accounts to extend the trial is not permitted

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Plans

• Starter: ₹999/month (₹799/month billed annually)
• Growth: ₹2,499/month (₹1,999/month billed annually)
• Agency: ₹4,999/month (₹3,999/month billed annually)

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payments processed securely via Razorpay
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
• GST invoice provided for all paid transactions
• Failed payments will be retried 3 times over 7 days before suspension

4.3 Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Repuvi to:

• Post fake or misleading reviews on any platform
• Violate Google, Zomato, Swiggy, or any platform's terms of service
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate customers who leave negative reviews
• Collect personal data without proper consent
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell Repuvi's services
• Use the platform for illegal activities under Indian law
• Spam customers with excessive review requests
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

6. AI-Generated Content

• AI reply suggestions are generated by OpenAI's GPT-4 model
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before posting
• Repuvi does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI suggestions
• Do not post AI replies without reviewing them — especially for medical or legal businesses
• Repuvi is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content you post

7. Data Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your business data, customer data, and review data
• You grant Repuvi a limited license to process your data to provide the service
• We will never sell your data to competitors or third-party advertisers
• You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings
• Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 90 days

8. Service Availability

• We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance
• We are not liable for third-party platform downtime (Google, Zomato, etc.)
• AI features depend on OpenAI availability — fallback responses provided when unavailable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Repuvi's total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for lost business, lost reviews, or reputational harm
• We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms (Google policy changes, etc.)

10. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from Account Settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused days in the current period

• Your data is accessible until the end of the billing period after cancellation

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

For disputes under ₹10,00,000, we encourage resolution through the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel before the effective date for a pro-rated refund.
