When You ARE Eligible for a Refund
7-Day Money Back Guarantee (New Paid Subscribers)
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.
- Applicable only to your first payment after trial
- Must be requested within 7 days of the charge
- Full refund of the amount paid
- Account will revert to free trial status
Service Outage Refunds
- If Repuvi is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the downtime period
- Excludes outages caused by third-party services (Google, OpenAI, Razorpay, etc.)
- Must be claimed within 30 days of the outage
Double Billing
- If you were charged twice for the same period due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately
โ When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund
- After 7 days of your first paid subscription
- Renewal charges (monthly or annual) โ cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge
- Partial month refunds after cancellation
- Annual plans after 7 days of the first payment
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
- If you forgot to cancel before renewal โ we recommend setting a reminder
- Dissatisfaction with AI reply quality (please use the 14-day trial to evaluate)
- Google, Zomato, or other platform policy changes affecting your business
How to Request a Refund

Our team reviews within 24 hours and confirms eligibility

Refund Processed
Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
Refund timeline: Once approved, refunds appear in your bank account or card within 5-7 business days depending on your bank. Razorpay may take up to 10 business days in some cases.
Cancellation vs Refund
These are two different things:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. Service continues until end of paid period. No refund for remaining days.
- Refund: Returns money already paid. Only eligible as per the policy above.
To cancel: Login โ Account Settings โ Cancel Subscription. Takes effect at end of billing period.
Annual Plan Policy
- Annual plans are discounted (save 2 months) in exchange for annual commitment
- Full refund available within 7 days of first annual payment
- After 7 days: no refund, but you can cancel and service continues until the annual period ends
- You can downgrade from annual to monthly at renewal time
Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at billing@repuvi.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior communication will result in immediate account suspension.
We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and quickly. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
