You can try Repuvi completely free for 14 days. No payment is taken until you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

1. Free Trial

All new Repuvi accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you do not upgrade after 14 days, your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier — you will not be charged.

2. Paid Plans

Repuvi offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us at support@repuvi.com within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge.
Technical failure: If Repuvi was unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours due to our infrastructure failure, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the downtime period.
Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided after 7 days of the billing date for monthly plans.
Annual plan refunds after 7 days are pro-rated minus a processing fee of ₹499.
Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@repuvi.com with:

Your registered email address
The reason for the refund request
Your payment reference number (from Razorpay)

We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
